The progress/timing on sale of house was amazing. We first met with Elaine on a Friday morning when she
explain her services, etc. and did a walk thru of our house making suggestions for selling. The following
Tuesday she came to see what progress we had made getting the house ready for sale. The next day -
Wednesday - Elaine came to stage house and have the photos/video done. Then the next day - Thursday the
house went on MLS listing. Next day - on Friday there was an excellent offer on the house. Also, Elaine
has a wonderful "village" of people she recommends to assist the buyer - attorney, moving company, haul
away "junk" company, etc. Overall I would rate the whole experience as a 10 out of 10!
